Hey, Pho man. Because of your constant raving on this site about Pho, I tried it last week… I got chicken/noodles, and it was OK, but I was wondering how you order it, since you can’t stop talking about it. Do you get the tripe?!

Hey Lynnette, I like the new look of the blog! Pho Steak, or Steak with Meatballs are my favs. I like the tripe and tendon too. Starting ot order tendon a lot, actually. The Bun is great as well. I pretty much eat Pho 3x a week if I’m lucky. I’d eat pasta and Pho 7x if I could.

Thanks, Dave! I knew I ordered wrong! Will try it again, but I think I’ll refrain from tripe and tendon. The last time I tried tripe I ended up gagging!!! My site is a work in progress… Updated the look, but broke tons of images, and am trying to find time to fix it!!!
