It comes down to perspective. That Mark Simon guy has points, but he just sees the world differently. He's the kind of guy that's cruising the ski slopes in a one-piece Bogner on snollerblades and happy as a clam. Probably drives a Mini Cooper too. Why...I don;t know. I've used Twitter, but the ideas related to marketing seemed really relevant. I think companies like Amazon that use Twitter may find more success and loyalty from the "savvy" web 2.0 crowd.
